Shipping & Delivery Policy

Production Cycle We operate our own custom manufacturing facility. Once your order is confirmed, we start production right away. We support customisation even for single-piece orders.

The production lead time is 3–5 business days. Delivery transit time depends on the destination:

• Fastest delivery: 8–10 business days
• Standard delivery: 10–15 business days

In the event of customs clearance delays, the delivery timeline may extend to 15–20 business days. If we anticipate major customs hold-ups before dispatching your parcel, we will send you an email for confirmation. If we do not receive your reply, we will proceed with issuing your refund.
