To place an order with us, you must accept these Terms and Conditions, together with our General Conditions of Sale and Delivery. EURVEA does not accept any conflicting terms and conditions provided by you. EURVEA reserves the right to amend and update this page and these Terms & Conditions at any time.

By accessing and using our website www.eurvea.com and its services, you confirm your acceptance of all the terms set out below. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing any order.

Users of the EURVEA website must be aged 18 or over. If you are under 18, you may only access this website under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian. These Terms and Conditions apply to all sections of the EURVEA online shop and information portal.

Unless explicitly permitted in writing, you may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, reproduce, publish, license, sell, or make available to third parties any content from this website. You are not allowed to use website content for commercial purposes without the prior written approval of EURVEA. EURVEA reserves the right to refuse service, suspend user accounts or cancel orders where users breach applicable laws or cause damage to our website.

It is prohibited to attempt unauthorised access to resources that do not belong to your account, including hacking, password mining or other intrusion activities. If you share your account password with another person, EURVEA will not be liable for any losses arising from that access. Any feedback, ideas, know-how, techniques, reviews, comments or suggestions you submit to EURVEA (whether restricted or unrestricted) shall be treated as non-confidential. You irrevocably assign all intellectual property rights in such submissions to EURVEA. EURVEA is entitled to use, copy, edit, publish, advertise, modify, lease, transfer, resell and distribute these submissions worldwide royalty-free. EURVEA may also share these materials with third parties, adapt, reconstruct or decompile them. All feedback and content sent to EURVEA becomes the property of EURVEA and will not be returned to you, and may be used in connection with any of EURVEA’s current or future projects.

The EURVEA website is also protected by trademark, unfair competition and other relevant legislation. No part of the website may be copied or imitated without prior written permission. All logos, graphics, slogans, trade names and brand marks are registered or unregistered trademarks of EURVEA. They may not be reproduced or published on any other website without our express written consent.

Termination

In the event of misuse or breach of these terms, EURVEA may terminate your contract with immediate effect, including all rights granted under these Terms of Use. Upon termination, you must cease all contact and use of EURVEA services. EURVEA will revoke your access rights and password, and block your access to our website, either partially or fully.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

EURVEA takes reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of website content, but does not guarantee that all information on the site is always accurate, up-to-date or complete, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable EU law. Content may contain typographical errors or technical inaccuracies. EURVEA is under no automatic obligation to update the website continuously. Where liability is established under mandatory consumer protection law, EURVEA’s total compensation cap shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the relevant order.

Ordering

Please check the product price and shipping cost for your order before checkout. Your sales contract is confirmed once you receive our official order confirmation email from EURVEA. We reserve the right to cancel any order without prior notice. Orders may be cancelled due to limited stock availability, product defects, pricing errors, failed payment or other valid reasons. We will contact you as soon as possible if your order is cancelled and share relevant information with you.

Typographical Errors

If a product price or description shown on our website contains a typographical error, and we cannot confirm the correct price before accepting your order, we reserve the right to reject or cancel that order, even if the order has been automatically confirmed. We will reach out to you to clarify the correct information in such cases.

Our Customer Promise

• Customers are only charged one shipping fee per order.
• If free shipping applies to your order, you will be clearly informed of estimated return shipping costs before purchase.
• No restocking fee will be charged to consumers for product returns.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU)

Consumers located within the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period. You may withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 calendar days starting from the day you (or a nominated third party other than the carrier) receive the goods, without giving any reason. You must notify us of your withdrawal decision within this 14-day window. You shall send the goods back to our designated return address within 14 days after notifying us of cancellation. Unless otherwise agreed, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We will process your refund, including the original standard delivery charge, within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or valid proof of return shipment. Refunds will be issued via your original payment method. Customised/personalised goods, sealed hygiene items and other legally exempt categories are excluded from the withdrawal right.

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements under which we provide services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, suitable for sales to EU and UK consumers.
