Return And Refund Policy

Cancellation We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If your order is cancelled at this stage, you will receive a full refund. We are unable to cancel an order once the goods have already been dispatched.

Returns (if applicable) We accept product returns. Consumers have the right to submit a return application within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the goods, in line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

To qualify for return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, together with its original packaging. We require your order confirmation or proof of purchase to process the return. Please contact our customer service team first to confirm the correct return address before sending back your parcel.

Notes Custom-made or personalised items are excluded from the 14-day withdrawal right and are non-refundable, in accordance with EU consumer rules. If you initiate the return (change of mind), you are responsible for the return shipping cost. The cost depends on the courier service you select. If the goods are damaged, defective or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost for you. No restocking fee will be charged for product returns.

Refunds (if applicable) Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirming receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method. Refund timelines depend on your payment provider and bank processing times.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you have not yet received your refund:

1. Please double-check your bank account first.
2. Contact your card issuer; refunds can take some time to show on your statement.
3. Then reach out to your bank, as banks often have internal processing delays. If you have completed these checks and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@eurvea.com.
